Northwest Arkansas has become a world-class destination for outdoor enthusiasts, and if you’re looking to explore the incredible network of trails that connect Bella Vista to Bentonville to Fayetteville, you’re in for an amazing adventure. Even better? Swoon Juice Bar sits perfectly positioned on this trail system, making it the ideal pitstop for refueling your body with exactly what it needs.
The Razorback Greenway: Your Highway to Health
The crown jewel of NWA’s trail system is the Razorback Greenway, a 36-mile shared-use trail that connects six communities from Lake Atalanta in Rogers all the way down to Kessler Mountain in Fayetteville. This paved trail is perfect for families, offering a safe, car-free route that passes right by our front door.
What makes the Razorback Greenway special isn’t just its length: it’s how it seamlessly connects to dozens of other trails, creating an endless network for exploration. From Swoon, you can easily access the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, Memorial Park, and the Kessler Mountain Regional Park trails.
Trail-Friendly Fuel: What Your Body Actually Needs
Here’s the thing about trail nutrition: your body burns through energy fast when you’re biking or hiking, but it also needs the right kind of fuel to keep you going strong. That’s where Swoon’s menu becomes your secret weapon.
Before You Hit the Trail:
Start with our Green Goodness juice (apple, cucumber, celery, kale, lemon, ginger) for clean energy that won’t weigh you down. The natural sugars give you immediate fuel, while the ginger helps with circulation and the greens provide sustained energy.
Mid-Trail Refuel:
Our Purple Haze smoothie is trail gold: packed with antioxidant-rich berries, banana for potassium, and vanilla protein to keep your muscles happy. At 327 calories, it’s substantial enough to power you through without making you feel sluggish.
Post-Trail Recovery:
The Hybrid smoothie combines leafy greens with berries and protein: perfect for muscle recovery. Those antioxidants help reduce inflammation from your workout, while the protein helps rebuild muscle tissue.
Easy Access and Practical Details
Finding us couldn’t be simpler. We’re located right off the Razorback Greenway, so you literally don’t have to leave the trail system. Look for our bike parking on the side of the building: we’ve got secure spots where you can safely lock up your ride while you refuel.
Directions for Trail Users:
- From Bentonville: Take the Razorback Greenway south for about 20 miles. You’ll pass through Rogers and Springdale before reaching us in Fayetteville.
- From Bella Vista: Connect to the Razorback Greenway via the Back 40 Trail system, then head south.
- From Fayetteville’s Kessler Mountain: Take the Kessler Mountain Trail down to connect with the Razorback Greenway, then head north about 2 miles.

The Science Behind Trail Nutrition
When you’re putting in serious miles on Northwest Arkansas trails, your body is working overtime. You’re burning glycogen stores, losing electrolytes through sweat, and creating microscopic muscle damage that needs repair. This isn’t the time for empty calories or processed energy bars.
Cold-pressed juices work perfectly for trail nutrition because they deliver concentrated nutrients without requiring much digestive energy. Your body can absorb the vitamins, minerals, and natural sugars within 15-20 minutes: exactly what you need when you’re pushing through the challenging climbs on Coler Mountain or tackling the technical sections of Kessler Mountain’s singletrack.
Fresh smoothies with protein are your post-ride heroes. The combination of natural sugars for glycogen replenishment and high-quality protein for muscle repair creates the perfect recovery window. Plus, the fiber helps stabilize blood sugar after intense exercise.
Family-Friendly Trail Adventures
NWA’s trail system isn’t just for serious athletes: it’s designed with families in mind. The Razorback Greenway features multiple access points, restrooms, water fountains, and shaded rest areas. Plus, the paved surface makes it perfect for kids on bikes, strollers, or even balance bikes for the little ones.
Kid-Approved Swoon Options:
- Chocolate Covered Strawberry smoothie (because it tastes like dessert, but it’s actually healthy)
- Island Breeze for tropical vibes
- Fresh Fruit Cups for easy, mess-free trail snacking
Family Trail Tips:
- Start with shorter segments: maybe Springdale to Fayetteville (about 8 miles) with a stop at Swoon
- Pack plenty of water, even though you’re planning a juice stop

Connecting the Trail Network
One of the coolest things about NWA’s trail system is how everything connects. From Swoon, you can access:
Slaughter Pen Trail System: Technical mountain biking just 15 minutes away
Lake Fayetteville Trail: A scenic 5.5-mile loop around the lake
Gulley Park Trails: Family-friendly nature trails with creek access
Wilson Park: More technical mountain biking options
Each of these trail systems offers something different, from beginner-friendly paved paths to world-class mountain biking that attracts riders from across the globe.
